2022 NYC Building Code

This is a fully integrated custom code based on the 2015 International Building Code. The 2022 NYC Building Code applies to the construction, alteration, modification, addition, replacement, repair, equipment, use and occupancy, location, maintenance, removal and demolition of buildings and structures in NYC. This code is part of the 2022 NYC Construction Codes, effective as of November 7, 2022. The other 2022 NYC Construction Codes/books include Plumbing, Mechanical, Fuel Gas, and the General Administrative Provisions.
